CaDA Initial D / BrickHead

Hello Friends: We got our hands on two of the CaDA Initial D figures. For those of you who are not from the world of Manga, Initial D is a HUGE star and this year marks the 25th anniversary of his creation: Initial D!!  This is a set that has all the 6 characters and we got - Takumi Fujiwara (CaDA C55001) and Kyouichi Sudou (CaDA C55003) for the kids. CaDA has worked on a large collaboration to celebrate 25th anniversary of Initial D. CaDA's website has pictures  to multiple creations from this collaboration.  This entire project is a licensed creation and CaDA- you get points for respecting the IP rights of Shuichi Shigeno. The project covers multiple cars (1:12.5) scale and 6 minifigures.  Each of the brickhead figures comes in a small box. The box has some artwork on the side. Inside, there is a single instruction book + 2 small bags containing the pieces + the CaDA brick separator. It will take between 20-45 minutes to make one brickhead. Review: CaDa Master Series C61042W (Ferrari 488)

Today we review CaDA Bricks Master Series Italian Supercar Set (# C61042W). This is CaDA's second set in the Master series and available on CaDa's website . This set is designed by MoC desginer Bruno Jenson . To start with, we love the fact that unlike other toy brick makers, CaDA is moving further by working with MoC designers and promoting their designs by licensing. Before we start the review, let us show you the final product to get you excited: The set comes in an exquisite box: The box' rear side has a picture of the completed car & Bruno's autograph. When you open the box, you see the set packed in 6 smaller boxes that together make a beautiful design: The Set has 6 manuals to complete the construction of 3187 pieces - including 3 motors (2 main motors and 1 servo motor), a rechargeable battery, 4 LED lights (2 each for front and rear) and a remote control.
